Roadrunner - 5 lbs of potatoes cooked (just boil it in water for about till tender 30-40 minutes, drain from the water )
Devon - mixed vegetables steamed (prefer brocooli)
Buffalo - mixed vegetables steamed (corn and green beans)
Refugee - to long skinny loafs of bread from ralphs in the bakery section
Schwib - one pack of 3-5 lbs of chicken breast
Jedi - 3 cans of pineapple chunks

TC - 2 blocks of cheese (the white and yellow mixed - i don't remember what its called)
Pinata - 2 blocks of swiss cheese

C-Group - 7:00 Virus house - we will celebrate the Championship on Tuesday of next week Jan 29th. We will figure that all out tomorrow at C-group.

To the Best C-Group in the World and i totally mean that!!! Tomorrow is going to be tough day at the Wildside Bowl. Remeber this though, all the pressure is off, you don't have to keep a tradition alive, you don't have to this or that, you are the underdogs and you have nothing to lose. Play your hardest that's all i ask, but most of all HAVE FUN, HAVE FUN, HAVE FUN, HAVE FUN!!!

Remember what to wear: Your Black Droopy Shirts and a Black Speedo - just kidding
Wear Black Shorts if you have them or something dark.

BRING LOTS OF WATER AND SOMETHING EAT
Bring a beach umbrella so you stay in shade
Bring sun tan lotion to tan
Bring CLETES

If you can be there a little before 12 and find me on the upper field of Trabuco so we can run through some plays.

BOYS and GIRLS Last Practice this FRIDAY before the Bowl and then OUTBACK - OH YA!!!

7:30 get picked up


We will walk through all the plays.

However, Genie and Buffalo won't be there - Give them a call and BOOO THEM, but make sure you tell them you still love them - there going snowboarding on Friday and Saturday - pray that they don't get hurt or are sore on Sunday.

BOYS MEET AT THE CHURCH AT 6 and we are have C-GROUP at my house so get picked up at my house at 8:30. I am back from Switzerland. I MISS YOU BOYS!!!
